Joy light, ease & fun. How much of that are we allowing in our lives? Play – “go outside and play” remember that? What about activating our playing within so the outside BECOMES more play? How much are we seeing with eyes that seek out the beauty? That basic goodness that flows throughout all life – how attuned are you allowing yourself to be to it? If this is our baseline, then what can we do to beef up our connection to it? What are we doing to block that flow being how we see the world outside, from within, behind our eyes? Our every day lives – is it mundane, really? If so, then how about changing that? How light does it feel when we’re serious, figuring stuff out and making things happen? How do we shift out of resistance to life, to saying YES all the way down to our toes and into our DNA? How do we engage in life, in our communities, in our families with more joy, ease, light and fun? Why do we need to connect over what’s wrong? What if nothing is wrong? What else is possible?
